After her many years on the training floor, Dasha realized that the best bodies out there seldom do what everyone does.  Martial Artists are long and lean, with great abs, strong arms, powerful legs, stability, balance and great motor skills. Kettlebell practitioners are powerful, strong and functional in all areas of fitness. Furthermore, both kettlebell and martial arts training requires only a few days a week, providing unbelievable results and never having any plateaus.

Dasha has spent years developing her unique system, which she tested on athletes, professional fighters, models and finally, regular individuals. Every test group was able to see quick changes in body composition, strength, coordination, balance, agility and over all health!

The systems requires about 2-3 hours a week of full dedication. As all good things, Kettlebell Kickboxing™ has  modification for every of fitness, variations, progressions for further challenges and core education for those looking to specialize in this form of unique fitness.

Beginners burn 800 calories per hour, while advanced students will find their heart rate monitor easily sky rocket to 1,000 in 60 minutes.  The nature of Muay Thai and Kettlebell motions build long lean muscles, firming tough to target areas and melting inches at the same time!
