Kettlebell Kickboxing ™ guarantees between 800-1,000 calorie burn in 60 minutes, or approximately 500-600 calories in a 25-35 minute single DVD session. Not only does it  maximize your calorie burn, it also helps women build beautiful lean muscles that are functional and strong.  Training Kettlebell Kickboxing™ aids your metabolism, relieves stress and aligns the body with the perfect mixture of agility, flexibility and strength.

After  Dasha Libin received her Masters degree in Sports Science,  she decided to create a system for women that is fun, effective and time efficient, as well as realistic for every type of female.  Dasha began to combine her life long exposure to kettlebells with her decade of training in Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing and Brazilian JiuJitsu.  After creating Kettlebell Kickboxing ™  Dasha spent several years developing and testing the unique system on models, celebrities and countless real every-day women of all shapes and sizes.  In the end the results were overwhelming; women were able to see weight loss, muscle tone in both the lower and upper body with little to no change in diet and only  3 to4  training sessions a week.
