Gym and Academy is open for your use 6am – 9:30pm weekdays, and 9am – 3pm Saturday for open training & workout equipment use – FREE for all AMAA members

  • All am & noon classes are 50min
  • All pm classes are 60min
  • All weapons/ knife work will be incorporated into every single JKD class
  • All KB classes are all levels. All martial arts classes all levels except Phase 2/3
